Horror games are built around somebody else's idea of what is scary. Exposure asks first. A VEED psychologist asks four questions, an OpenAI model turns the answers into a fear profile with a world prompt, a seed image prompt and an escalation, and Reactor's world model generates that world in real time as you walk through it.

Because a world model has no map, collision or entities, nothing can be timed or placed, so the horror comes from sound, the colour grade and an escalation written into the prompt. The world streams into the browser over WebRTC, and the psychologist's clips are pre-rendered and lip-synced so nothing about her is generated during a session.

I built the pipeline from interview to world and back, and the soundscape and pursuit. Samuel built the psychologist and the VEED integration. The day itself is in We built an evil therapist.
