I was homeschooled, and grew up without a TV. Most of what I did with that time was Lego and drawing, mostly 747s and the Bloodhound SSC over and over again.
Then I sat the 11+, got 131, and went to Ilford County High School.
At 13 I started buying bikes I found online, cleaning them up and relisting them on Facebook Marketplace. At 14 that turned into retail arbitrage, buying stuff from China and reselling it here, and I made a few thousand off it fairly early on.
At 15 I found Lovable and started making websites, which is where the vibecoding started. Same year I won my first Fortnite Solo Victory Cup, which was $100.
16 was more of the same and more websites. I got my first MacBook in August 2025, and started AS levels that September, doing Politics, Maths and Economics.
In November 2025 I found Claude Code and the range of what I could build opened right up: web apps, macOS apps, iPhone apps. Around then I was selling a website to a local law firm and heard them complaining about how they organised their paperwork and filing, so I told them I could build that for them too. That turned into selling software to law firms and accountants.
Then I started Optic with a few guys I found online, doing risk analytics on social media footprints for hiring teams. It flopped, and I went back to side projects and websites and software.
In March 2026 I started interning at HyperGTM. In June I did BAEHQ's startup programme and built and shipped Voluble, a macOS app for learning languages through conversational AI. After that Talvin Ramnah, the CEO of Bleep64, offered me an internship and I started working there. July was a month at MAGIC AI.
In August I got reinvited to BAEHQ's next cohort and that is where I built Lumi. It launched and got 140 users in 5 days, and a few angel investors have been interested since.
These days it is mostly TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind and Node, with Figma when something needs drawing before it gets built. A lot of it is vibecoding now, with Claude Code as the main tool rather than as autocomplete. This site was built that way.
I design and build rather than handing either half off, and what I am into is design, engineering and product, mostly where those overlap. I would rather ship something people actually use than get one layer of it perfect.
